Our edu-furbish program promotes education through the use of technology to underprivileged children. The edu-furbish program includes providing computers, visual aids and educational software that will help teach and enhance fundamental skills for the maintenance of education.
Steps needed for Project eCycle to donate computers to your organization. ![]()
Step 1. Write a letter with official company letterhead on who you are, what your organization does and how having computer(s) can benefit your organization. Step 2. Download Submit Donation Request Form, fill out as best as you can with what your organization needs. Step 3. Mail or fax both your letter and the Donation Request Form to: Project eCycle 691 Walsh Ave. Santa Clara, CA. 95050 Fax: 408. 235.7607 Step 4. A Project eCycle associate will contact you once your organization is approved for computer donations. Step 5. Read and sign off Project eCycle's Electronic Donation Agreement, which you can view here and understand the scope of the donation. Step 6. Once the Electronic Donation Agreement is received, we will check inventory and see if your request can be fulfilled. If we do not have it in stock, we will put you on our FIFO (first in first out ) queue. Step 7. Once your order is complete, we will contact you and arrange a date and method of delivery and setup as stated in our Electronic Donation Agreement. Step 8. Once your computers are set, enjoy them for all the educational value they can bring!
